modifications being:

1.Made a unique level 1

2.Made a unique level 2

3.Made a unique level 3

4. all levels progress in a logical fashion 

changed  the music to more of my liking so it may sound a bit different.

Also I see there is some confusion, the last 2 courses had it so that multiple levels counted as multiple modifications so I assume it is true for this one too.
